F Ball Stopgap 1200 Pro Bag & Bottle 20kg. F Ball Stopgap 1200 Powder Mixed with Liquid is a low odour, fast setting, fast drying, two component smoothing underlayment suitable for preparing sound internal subfloors prior to the installation of new floor coverings. It is particularly suitable for use over old adhesive residues (including bitumen and carpet tile tackifiers) without the need for priming. STOPGAP 1200 can be used for patch filling timber floors prior to overlaying with plywood. It is suitable for use in clinical and biologically sensitive areas, clean rooms etc. STOPGAP 1200 mixed with STOPGAP 1200 Liquid has been tested in accordance with IMO 2010 FTPC Part 5 (IMO Res. MSC 307(88)) and Annex 2 item 2.2 and approved for use in marine application by DNV. Stopgap 300 Powder Mixed with Water A rapid hardening, water mix smoothing underlayment. It is designed for use on both absorbent and non-absorbent interior subfloors, in areas that are subjected to heavy-duty trafficking.The underlayment has excellent smoothing properties making it suitable for application by mechanical pump or by traditional mixing methods. It is protein free ensuring it is suitable for biologically sensitive areas. For thickness above 10mm, Stopgap Graded Aggregate is recommended for economy.

STOPGAP 400 is a fast setting, rapid drying compound for repairing internal floors prior to the application of STOPGAP smoothing underlayments in light to heavy duty applications. It is also suitable for use on stairs, steps and general repairs to cracks and holes. STOPGAP 400 is dimensionally stable and is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder designed for applications between 2-50mm. It is protein-free which allows it to be used in biologically sensitive areas. STOPGAP P121 is an acrylic primer designed to promote the application characteristics of STOPGAP 1100 GYPSUM, and other suitable STOPGAP smoothing underlayments, to calcium sulphate screeds e.g. anhydrite. It prevents unacceptably rapid drying of adhesives and smoothing underlayments. It is non-flammable and suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations. STOPGAP P141 contains recycled uPVC pulver that dries to a hard, textured surface to enhance bond performance. STOPGAP P141 is recommended when applying STOPGAP 600 over non-absorbent surfaces at thicknesses over 20mm. It is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating and is pigmented yellow for visual control of coverage uniformity.
