Delivery
- Free Next Day Delivery on all orders (Please note that occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions or stock availability).
- Orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched on the same working day for delivery the next working day.
- Orders placed after 3 pm on Fridays will be dispatched first thing on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- Small items are shipped via Royal Mail with 24-hour tracked delivery.
- Large and oversized items are shipped via FedEx with next day tracked delivery.
- Tracking information will be provided via email or text once your order has been dispatched.
- We deliver to mainland UK only.
- Orders placed for delivery on a bank holiday or during our closure period will be dispatched on the next standard working day.
- Exclusions: Levelling compounds are not eligible for delivery
Click and Collect
Free click and collect service.
To use this service, when checking out select the 'Click and Collect option'. Once purchase is completed you will receive a confirmation email/text confirming when your item is ready (Generally immediately) along with the collection address.
Our click and collect service runs in line with our opening hours below.

Returns Policy
You can return unopened goods within 30 days from the day after delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
- If the goods are faulty or damaged, you will not be charged for the return, and you have 30 days to return them.
General Return Conditions:
- All returned items must be in good resellable condition and unused.
- The packaging must be unopened, clean, and free from any marks (no paint, glue, or plaster).
- Please do not write on the packaging. If you need to attach any paperwork, please do so carefully to avoid damaging the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any goods deemed unfit for resale.
Return Shipping:
- Ensure that returned items are adequately packaged to withstand the return shipping process, as they remain your responsibility until we receive them.
- Please note that for flooring returns, the cardboard box alone is not sufficient packaging for transit with a parcel carrier.
- If you would like us to arrange a collection, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If you prefer to return the goods yourself, please ensure the courier provides adequate insurance to cover the goods in case of damage during transit. Be sure to check their terms and conditions.
Damaged Returns:
- If goods arrive damaged, we will refuse a refund.
- We will hold the goods for 14 days in case you wish to collect them. After 14 days, the goods will be disposed of.
