The Bona Concrete Disc for FlexiSand is a professional 407mm grinding plate designed to turn the Bona FlexiSand into a powerful system for preparing concrete, screed and other suitable subfloor surfaces.

The disc accepts a choice of genuine Bona grinding segments, allowing the machine to be configured for anything from preparing concrete and removing surface laitance through to stripping paint, polyurethane, adhesive, bitumen, epoxy and carpet foam residues.

Its magnetic segment mounting system allows the grinding attachments to be fitted and changed quickly without complicated fixings. The Diamond, PCD Split and PCD Maxi segments are sold separately, so the correct set can be selected for the surface and material being removed.

Typical Applications

Concrete Preparation Mechanically prepares suitable concrete surfaces before the application of primers, damp-proof membranes or smoothing compounds.

Adhesive Removal Removes thin or heavy adhesive residues when fitted with the appropriate PCD segment set.

Important: Grinding Segments Are Not Included

The Bona Concrete Disc is supplied as the main magnetic grinding plate only. It must be fitted with one complete four-piece set of compatible Bona grinding segments before use.

Choose Diamond Segments for general concrete preparation, PCD Split Segments for paint, polyurethane and thinner adhesive residues, or PCD Maxi Segments for aggressive removal of thick adhesive, bitumen, epoxy and carpet foam.

Professional Use and Dust Extraction

The concrete disc is intended for dry mechanical preparation. Always connect the FlexiSand to suitable professional dust extraction and use appropriate respiratory, eye, hearing and hand protection.

Before beginning, identify the subfloor and the material being removed. Test the selected segment in a small area and regularly inspect the disc, segment condition and magnetic mounting points during use.

Do not use the machine on wet surfaces. Before removing older adhesives, coatings or bituminous residues, make sure the material has been properly identified and does not contain hazardous substances.
