Responsible Packaging
While we cannot always control the packaging supplied by manufacturers, we do make responsible choices with the packaging we use ourselves.
Where possible, our outgoing orders are packed using recycled cardboard, recyclable packing materials and recyclable paper-based tape. The tape we use contains water-based ink, helping keep our packaging easier to recycle.
For protection inside parcels, we use cardboard honeycomb void fill rather than unnecessary plastic wherever suitable. This helps keep products secure in transit while reducing waste.

Many of the premium brands we supply manufacture and package their own products before they arrive with us.
Although we do not have direct control over every manufacturer’s packaging, we work with trusted suppliers and continue to support responsible improvements wherever possible.
