The Bona PCD Maxi Segments are genuine Bona heavy-duty grinding segments designed for use with the Bona Concrete Disc for FlexiSand. They provide an aggressive cutting action for removing thick adhesive residues, bitumen, epoxy coatings and carpet foam from suitable subfloors.
Manufactured using durable polycrystalline diamond technology, the PCD Maxi design is intended for the most demanding stripping and removal work. The segments help break through stubborn surface contamination that would be too heavy for standard concrete-grinding segments.
Each pack contains four genuine Bona PCD Maxi Segments, providing one complete set for a Bona Concrete Disc.

The Bona PCD Maxi Segments are supplied as a complete four-piece set. They are designed for use with the Bona Concrete Disc for FlexiSand, which is sold separately.
One complete set of four matching segments should be fitted to the concrete disc before operation. Do not mix different segment types on the same grinding plate.
PCD Maxi is the most aggressive option within the Bona Concrete Disc system and should be selected for substantial or particularly stubborn residues.
For polyurethane, paint or thinner adhesive layers, choose the Bona PCD Split Segments. For general concrete preparation and laitance removal, use the Bona Diamond Segments.
Always identify the subfloor and the material being removed before starting. Test the selected segment in a small area and connect the FlexiSand to suitable professional dust extraction.
Use appropriate respiratory, eye, hearing and hand protection. Older adhesives, bitumen and coatings should be assessed for hazardous substances before mechanical removal.
