Choose the item or items you wish to return and tell us the reason for the return.
3. Choose your return method
Arrange your own return, or purchase a return label through the portal.
4. We review your request
Weāll review your return request and confirm the next steps by email.
5. Send it back
Follow the return instructions provided and send your item back to us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please select the correct reason and upload clear photos where requested.
Large or heavy items
If your order contains large or heavy items and you would like us to arrange collection, please contact us before submitting your request.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, weāll process your refund. Return label costs may be deducted from your refund.
