Lecol 7500 Fast Drying Wood Floor Gap Filler is a professional, water-free synthetic resin filler developed specifically for parquet and other wooden floors.

Mixed with fine sanding dust from the floor being restored, it creates a smooth, colour-matched paste for filling fine joints, nail holes, cracks and damaged areas. Its rapid drying time allows the floor to be sanded again after approximately 30–60 minutes under suitable conditions.

Drying times will vary according to the amount applied, joint depth, temperature, humidity and site conditions.

Preparation

Ensure the floor is clean, dry and sanded back to bare timber.
Use sanding dust collected during the sanding stage before the final cut.
Use dust from the same timber and floor to minimise colour variation.
Ensure the room and product temperature are at least 15°C.

Application

Mix Lecol 7500 with fine sanding dust until a smooth, easily spreadable paste is achieved.
Apply the mixture evenly over the floor using a stainless steel trowel or scraper.
Work the filler firmly into the joints, cracks and damaged areas, ensuring they are completely filled.
Allow the filler to dry completely for approximately 30–60 minutes.
Carry out the final sanding process only once the filler is fully dry.
Repeat the filling process where required before applying the selected wood floor finish.
