Pine slivers provide a much stronger and longer-lasting repair than wood filler alone on wider floorboard gaps. Once bonded with Morrells D3 PVA, the slivers can be trimmed flush, sanded and finished with the rest of the floor.

Installation Overview

Clean all joints thoroughly.
Apply Morrells D3 PVA into the floorboard gap.
Coat the pine sliver with adhesive.
Tap firmly into place using a hammer or rubber mallet.
Allow the adhesive to cure fully.
Trim the sliver flush.
Sand smooth before applying the chosen finish.

Important: Pine slivers are hand-cut from reclaimed timber, therefore colour, grain, width and profile will naturally vary. Each pack contains approximately 100 slivers, making every bundle ideal for authentic traditional floor repairs.
