Maestri MC4000 Professional Cordless Flooring Stapler Kit is a powerful 20V battery stapler developed for professional flooring and carpet installation. It drives Maestri 4000 Series divergent-point staples for secure fixing of plywood, hardboard, carpet gripper and other suitable flooring materials to timber substrates.
The cordless design removes the need for a compressor, air hose or trailing mains lead, giving installers greater freedom when working across rooms, on staircases and in confined areas. An ultra-flat front profile improves access close to edges and awkward details, while the automatic countersink action helps produce neat, consistent fixings.
Supplied as a complete professional kit with two 20V 2.0Ah lithium-ion batteries, a fast charger and a protective zipped carry bag. The MC4000 stapler itself is made in Italy by Romeo Maestri.

The MC4000 requires genuine Maestri 4000 Series Flooring Staples. The compatible WWFS listing is available in 16mm and 20mm lengths, with 10,000 staples per box.

The divergent points cause the staple legs to spread as they enter the timber, increasing mechanical hold. Select the staple length to suit the material thickness, substrate and project specification.
20V Battery System
Each supplied lithium-ion battery is rated at 20V and 2.0Ah. A built-in three-LED charge indicator illuminates blue to provide a quick visual check of the remaining battery level. The battery also features high-strength sliding slots and an anti-slip rubber base for secure handling on site.
The supplied fast charger and second battery help reduce interruptions during professional use. Allow batteries and the charger to cool where necessary and follow the charging, storage and temperature guidance supplied with the kit.
Operating Guide
- Check that the work area and timber substrate are suitable for mechanical fixing and free from concealed pipes, cables and other services.
- Remove the battery before loading the magazine or carrying out any adjustment.
- Load the correct Maestri 4000 Series staples in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Fit a charged battery securely and switch the tool on.
- Hold the tool square to the surface and position the nose precisely over the fixing point.
- Keep hands clear of the nose and magazine, then operate the safety and trigger as directed in the supplied instructions.
- Allow the firing cycle to finish before lifting or repositioning the stapler.
- Monitor the work light and status indicators during use, checking that each fixing is correctly seated.
- Switch off and remove the battery before reloading, clearing a jam, cleaning, transporting or storing the tool.
