The Bona FlexiVacuum is a compact, professional M-class dust extractor developed specifically for on-board use with the Bona FlexiSand. Mounted directly onto the machine, it provides efficient dust extraction without the need to pull a separate vacuum unit around the working area.
Forming part of Bona’s dust-free sanding system, the FlexiVacuum captures fine and potentially hazardous wood dust to help create a cleaner, healthier working environment. Its Class M filtration system removes 99.9% of dust particles, making it particularly suitable for professional wood-floor sanding and renovation work.
Although designed primarily for the Bona FlexiSand, the FlexiVacuum can also be connected to compatible Bona edging sanders. Its compact 6kg construction, 10-litre dust capacity and visual low-airflow warning make it a convenient extraction solution for small and medium-sized projects.

The Bona FlexiVacuum is designed for collecting dry dust and light debris. It must not be used for collecting liquids.
The visual airflow alarm should be checked before use. If the warning light remains illuminated during operation, check the hose, dust bag and filter for blockages or restricted airflow.
When using the built-in electrical outlet, the connected tool must not exceed 1300W. Higher-powered machines should be connected to a separate wall socket.
Always ensure the correct dust bag and filter are installed before operating the machine. Maintenance and disposal of collected Class M dust should be carried out using suitable personal protective equipment.
