Free next-working-day delivery is available on qualifying orders to eligible mainland UK postcodes. Order before 3pm on a working day for same-day dispatch.
How your order is delivered
We select the most appropriate tracked service for the size and weight of your order.
Place your order
Complete your order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, for same-working-day dispatch when all items are in stock.
We dispatch it
Small parcels travel with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger and oversized orders are sent using FedEx's tracked next-working-day service.
Follow its journey
Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided with your order.
This is our normal delivery aim rather than a guaranteed timed service. Occasional delays can occur because of courier disruption, severe weather or unexpected stock availability.
Order and dispatch timetable
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays and announced closure periods.

Courier services
The service used is based on the parcel's dimensions, weight and contents.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Used for suitable smaller items, with tracking provided once the parcel has been dispatched.
FedEx tracked delivery
Used for larger and oversized items on a next-working-day service where the destination postcode is eligible.
Remote and excluded postcode areas
Some destinations carry substantially higher courier charges or cannot reliably receive a next-working-day service. We therefore cannot currently accept online delivery orders to the postcode areas below.
