Osmo Wash and Care is a concentrated cleaner for the regular maintenance of oiled and waxed wooden floors. Its water-soluble formula removes everyday dirt and grime while natural oils help prevent the wood from drying out.

Suitable for domestic and commercial use, it can also be used on varnished floors, stone, tiles, vinyl, PVC and other water-resistant surfaces. Available in 1 litre and 5 litre sizes, only a small amount is required for routine cleaning.

Important: Wooden floors should be cleaned with a damp, not wet, mop. Wring the mop out thoroughly and wipe the floor dry immediately after cleaning. Never allow excess water or cleaning solution to pool on the surface or enter open joints.

How To Use

Remove loose dust, dirt and grit using the Osmo Dust Mop Head, a vacuum cleaner or a soft broom.
Add approximately 15ml of Osmo Wash and Care to 2 litres of clean water.
Soak the Osmo Micro-Mop Plush or a suitable microfibre mop in the cleaning solution.
Wring the mop out thoroughly so that it is damp rather than wet.
Clean the floor using smooth, overlapping passes.
Wipe the surface dry immediately and do not leave standing water behind.

Machine Cleaning

For larger or more heavily soiled areas, spread the diluted Wash and Care solution using a pump sprayer. Loosen the dirt with a suitable single-disc floor machine and white cleaning pad, then immediately remove the remaining solution using a mop or suitable machine microfibre pad. The concentration can be increased where necessary, up to a maximum ratio of 1:1.

It is also suitable for cleaning varnished, stone, plastic, PVC, and other water-resistant surfaces. The solution effectively removes everyday dirt and grime while moisturizing the wood to maintain its natural freshness.

2. How do I use Osmo Wash and Care?

Preparation: Before application, remove loose debris using a vacuum cleaner, broom, or the Osmo Dust-Mop.
Manual Cleaning: Dilute approximately 15 ml of Wash and Care per 2 liters of water. Using a damp (not wet) mop, such as the Osmo Micro-Mop Plush, clean the floor and wipe dry immediately. Regular use enhances the surface's resistance to dirt and wear.
Machine Cleaning: For larger areas or higher levels of contamination, the concentration can be increased to a mixing ratio of 1:1. Spread the diluted solution with a pump sprayer, loosen dirt with a single-disc machine (e.g., Osmo FloorXcenter) equipped with a white pad, and immediately remove the residue with a mop or Osmo Microfibre Pad.
