Morrells Sprayshop 30 Minute Liquid PU Adhesive is a professional one-component, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive designed for fast, water-resistant bonding across a wide range of timber and construction applications.
Moisture curing and quick setting, it offers excellent adhesion and slight expansion during curing, helping it fill minor surface irregularities. It is well suited to timber repairs, flooring-related joinery, stair components, trims and general woodworking.

Application rates and curing times are approximate and will vary according to substrate porosity, moisture content, temperature and ambient conditions.
Application
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants.
- Confirm the substrate temperature is above 5°C and the moisture content is below 30%.
- Apply the adhesive evenly to one surface at approximately 120–250g/m².
- Apply adhesive to both surfaces where the materials are particularly porous.
- Where appropriate, lightly mist the porous surface with clean water at approximately 30g/m² to assist curing.
- Bring the materials together promptly and clamp firmly where possible.
- Allow approximately 15–30 minutes for the initial cure to develop.
- Allow approximately 24 hours for full bond strength before placing the repair or assembly under heavy load.
Important: This is a fast-setting, water-resistant PU adhesive rather than a full-surface flexible wood flooring adhesive. Always test compatibility when bonding unfamiliar materials or finished surfaces, and follow the latest Morrells product guidance before use.
