The Bona Diamond Abrasive Intermediate Pad 150mm is a pressure-equalising foam interface pad designed for use between the machine's drive plate and a Velcro-backed diamond abrasive disc. Its flexible construction allows the abrasive to follow minor contours and undulations in the floor, ensuring more even pressure distribution and a consistent sanding result.
Featuring double-sided Velcro, the intermediate pad attaches securely to both the drive plate and abrasive disc, allowing quick abrasive changes while reducing vibration during operation. It also provides a layer of cushioning that helps maximise the performance and lifespan of Bona Diamond Abrasives.
Suitable for use with the Bona Quattro Disc, Bona Power Drive and Bona Power Drive Connect systems using 150mm diamond abrasives.

Always ensure both Velcro surfaces are clean before fitting the intermediate pad. Replacing worn interface pads helps maintain even pressure across the abrasive, improving sanding performance while extending the life of both the abrasive discs and the machine's drive plate.
